There is space that is created, when you come in to this world, just for you to occupy. 
If you shrink to try to avoid taking it up, because you feel you are not worthy of all of it, the absence of you in that space creates a black hole that sucks in all the energy around it. 
If you’re not responsibly taking up your space, you’re an energy vampire, requiring those around you to fill your space with their energy. This is incredibly damaging for relationships of all sorts.
