GNM Coaching

German New Medicine (GNM) is an empirically driven model for understanding the true and inseparable nature of the psyche/body connection. Discovered by Dr. Hamer following the death of his son, Dirk, in 1978, the link between what Dr. Hamer termed biological shock conflicts and the expression of “disease” states is no longer refutable. In every single case where there is a change on a particular organ level, a corresponding change on the brain organ level can be seen on a CT scan 100% of the time, speaking to a very precise shock conflict that the individual would have experienced at some point in their human experience at the level of the psyche. With GNM knowledge and by pinpointing the exact moment in time where you experienced a vulnerability, we can understand so much more about the nature of YOUR individual psyche and what you are living NOW.

Despite the exact and identifiable nature of your conflict, and even if your symptoms begin to resolve immediately, there is still work to be done in order to gird the psyche while you resolve the conflict, body and mind, and I am here to accompany you on that journey. I can help you to understand what GNM is, how it could help you to lead a more fulfilling life, how it can free you of long standing misconceptions about health and your biology, and how you can use it to come into joyous relationship with your own life. Psychology and most coaching practices barely begin to touch your potential for wellness, keeping your stuck in a cycle of self-recrimination, not-good-enough thinking, and shame and blame. Using a combo of GNM awareness, your own self-knowledge, and tried and true body-led somatic coaching practices, we will work together to guide you back to your very own binary code so you can live in harmony with the world as it is AND move into action to create the connections you have always known you could have.

My area of speciality is IBS and alimentary canal related special biological programs.
